[CA-SCGS] A Family History You Shouldn't Miss

Many of you attended the Webinar session led by Michael Lacopo on "Deconstructing Your Family Tree: Re-Evaluating the Evidence" that was held in February. If you missed it, SCGS members can catch it in the webinar archive.

We are glad that Michael will be presenting another webinar on September 6, "She Came From Nowhere..." A Case Study Approach to a Difficult Problem." You can register for that session here.

But that's not the reason for this message. I wanted to draw your attention to an outstanding family history story that is being revealed, bit by bit, on Michael's blog, "Hoosier Daddy?"  It describes the search for his mother's birth family and it's one that I strongly encourage you to read.

Michael has been rolling the tale out over several blog posts, and I expect that after you've gotten to know the story, you'll be telling him to "HURRY UP and WRITE!" like the rest of us are doing.

This link will take you to the very first post in the series, aptly entitled "Beginnings." At the bottom of each post, you'll see "Newer Post" on the left hand side, after the comments. Click that "Newer Post" to proceed to the next installment, and the next, and the next.

I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I do.
