Our June 14 Lunch and Learn session will feature Gina Philibert-Ortega on taking your use of Google to the next level. Her two-part presentation will begin with Asking Mr. Google:Google Tools - After you have done a Google search you have a number of tools available such as advanced search, translation tools, notifications, even note taking capabilities.
Part two, Researching Your Family History with Google, will provide information on uncovering your family history in books, periodicals, newspapers, and patents, and how to make the most of these tools.
Gina is a noted author and lecturer based in Southern California. She presented several clases at Jamboree 2014.
Please join us at the SCGS Library on Saturday, June 14. Doors open at noon - bring your lunch and join us in the classroom. Program begins at 1:00 p.m. in the main library and will end at about 3:30.
