"DNA—Tracing French-Canadian Heritage" by Alice Fairhurst
Real-life examples of FTDNA testing results from the French Heritage DNA project will be used to demonstrate how to manage personal pages and how to interpret results.
Noon - 1 p.m.
Potluck luncheon and social hour

"Flesh on the Bones - Extending our Ancestors' Stories using Library resources and the Web" by Raymonde Motile

"Hands-on" research assistance with our team of experts
FCHSC's primary purpose is to foster an interest in our common French-Canadian, Acadian, and French heritage by researching our ancestors and helping others to research theirs. FCHSC sponsors the French Heritage DNA Project as a way to honor our French ancestry. www.frenchdna.org
FCHSC is an Interest Group of the Southern California Genealogical Society. Meetings are open to the general public. There is no fee for participation. Donations are gratefully accepted.
