The SCGS German Interest Group will be presenting another fine program this coming Saturday. Join us from 1:00 pm to 4:00pm.
- Hear about "How to Subdue an Enthusiastic Compiler of Genealogies"
- Watch Walt Sturrock take the mystery out of reading German Gothic Script
- Learn from Edward McKelvey's presentation on "Useful German Words"
- Enjoy "The Hermann and Schneider Families" presented by Walt Sturrock
Meetings are held the third Saturday of each month from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. They are open to the public and all interested parties are welcome. There is no fee for participation, but donations are gratefully accepted.
The goal of the German Interest Group is to provide a wide range of resources both inside and outside the SCGS Library to help trace German families. We often have a speaker on German research and the group is happy to offer assistance with your German research problems. New members and guests are always welcome.
