Southern California Genealogy Society is grateful to all of its volunteers all of the time, but every so often someone takes that extra step to provide a particularly positive experience or to help someone out. We are always delighted when our members and patrons recognize those folks via our You Made My Day cards. We think that National Volunteer Week is a great time to share a few recent ones.
I would like to thank Dorothy des Lauriers for helping me untangle a mis-step (mine) with ordering a film from the Family History Library. She handled the entire situation with grace and helped me get the right film - with my family in the records. Thank you!
