for Genealogical Discoveries Points
Covered in this lecture will be: the importance of building a tree in order to use ThruLinesTM, linking DNA tests to a tree, identifying and coloring groups with the help of shared matches, adding notes to provide clues and prod memory, applying the Leeds Method to your discoveries and transferring your results to FamilyTreeDNA and MyHeritage in order to take advantage of chromosome browsers and clusters.
Presenter: Alice M. Fairhurst, MS is President of the Southern California Genealogical Society and managers a number of DNA projects at FamilyTreeDNA. She managed the International Society of Genetic Genealogy’s Y-DNA Haplogroup Tree for nine years.
