 $5.00 donation is suggested for attendance. Individualized help       will be available after the formal presentation.

Following the regular meeting from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., DNA speakers and those who can help educate others with DNA testing at any company are encouraged to attend.  Roundtable discussions include how to work with group projects, planning for the DNA interest group, and news within the field of genetic genealogy.

Genealogy Roadshow In Los Angeles!

Genealogy and family history fans - you won't want to miss this! 

PBS and Genealogy Roadshow are coming to Los Angeles to tape the last roadshow event of Season 3! SCGS will be there, along with representatives from many other wonderful societies and resources. The event is open to the public and it's free to attend. 

Join us as we welcome the PBS and Genealogy Roadshow crews. It's a an opportunity to have fun, explore your family history, learn about local resources, and watch the making of one of your favorite TV shows! 

When: Saturday, January 16, 2016 from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
