Cheri Mello, MA 

Cheri Mello began dabbling in genealogy as a 5th grader with a U.S. History assignment. She began her active adult research over 25 years ago, after the death of her grandparents. Her expertise ranges from various areas of America and Portugal, as well as DNA, genealogy software, Find A Grave, and more!

Anne Gillespie Mitchell, MS 

Ancestry 

Anne Gillespie Mitchell is an Ancestry product manager for Civil War Stories, Ancestry Library Edition, AncestryK12 and RootsWeb. Anne has taught genealogy courses at conferences including NGS, FGS, RootsTech, SLIG, TIGR, and Ancestry Academy. Her passion for technology and history have merged into a lifelong fascination for genealogy and developing methodologies to carve out clues about your ancestors.
