Nominations for the
Board of Directors for 2016 through 2018
In accordance with the By-Laws of SCGS, a candidate for a Board vacancy
may be nominated by petition signed by not less than five (5) members in good
standing and delivered to the Recording Secretary.
Please deliver any such petitions nominating additional
candidate(s), along with a photo and short biography (100 words maximum) of the
candidate nominated to:

Petitions must be received at the SCGS Library no later than
close of business Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 4:00 pm.
Ballots will be mailed to all members in good standing in
mid-October. The completed ballots must
be physically received in the SCGS Library no later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday,
December 7, 2016.
Election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting
which will be held Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
